We have partnered with DPD to bring you a fantastic parcel service to Mainland UK. All items sent with DPD are on a next business day service. Deliveries are Monday to Friday and for security, someone must be in to sign for the delivery.

For most items under £45 excluding batteries, we have partnered with Royal Mail to use their 48 Hour tracked service. This should reach you within 2 working days if ordered before our delivery cut-off time.

For each product shown in stock, it will be dispatch same working day if the order is placed before 2.00 pm.
Returns
Unwanted Items:
If you want to return your item to us for a return, we offer a 30-days return policy on all unwanted items from the day of receipt.
Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging, otherwise, we will reject the return. Please speak to a member of our support team for any assistance.

Once back, our team will inspect your return and process your refund for you.
Please note, we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, and the cost of returning will need to be paid. We can offer a returns label for £10, which will be offset against your refunded balance. We can also offer a collection for £15. Please contact us in advance if you require this service.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, any claims made after these 48 hours will be null and void.
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange a replacement unit. Please fill in our returns form here – (click here to download form) and email our support team at support@dvspowertools.co.uk to book your return. Once the item is back, we will inspect it and replace it in due course. If the item has been returned with no faults found but used, we will send the item back to you.
In the unlikely event that we accidentally send you the incorrect item, please contact our support team – support@dvspowertools.co.uk who will organise an exchange for you as quickly as possible.
