Ordering

Yes you are more than welcome to call us on our office number, 01256 817362. chose option 1 for customer service and 2 for sales.

Once an order is dispatched you will be able to track your order through the couriers website.

All our product pages will state “Out of Stock” on all items that are currently not in our warehouse, if you want to double check feel free to give us a call.

We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for larger or more expensive items.

To cancel an order you can call us on 01256 817362 or email us at support@dvspowertools.co.uk please beware that if an order has already been dispatched we may not be able to cancel the order.

For more details on returns, please see the returns and delivery page. If the item was ordered more than 60 days ago you will need to contact our support team as normally we will be unable to accept returns on these items as they will be covered by the manufacturer’s UK repair network.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Paypal. We also allow payments by Bank transfer but please contact the office first if you wish to pay via BACS.

Yes all orders are provided with a VAT invoice.

You can download these from your online account or contact our support team via phone (01256 8173620 or email (support@dvspowertools.co.uk) to request a copy to be emailed to you. Please note we are unable to provide additional paper copies.

Custom service

Yes, if the item is unused and was ordered less than 60 days ago you are welcome to return the item, please check our returns and delivery page for more information.

Take some photos of the item and packaging and call us as soon as you can, we can then advise on what actions need to happen after this.

Delivery

For Mainland Delivery there is a £2.99 delivery charge incurred for orders under £50. Qualify for free delivery over £50. Extra charges may apply depending on your location. Please check our delivery information page to check your postcode.

No, sadly not from our website, if you have the tracking number for your parcel you may be able to request this from the courier.

Your item will be taken to the nearest collection point for you to collect at a time convenient to you, the courier should leave a card to inform you of this.

No, due to the value of the items we are unable to change the address once an order has been placed.

In Mainland UK? Not on the excluded list? Then we provide postage free of charge on all orders.
