Bahco 66IM/40C-1 is a 40-piece impact torsion bit set developed for use with impact drivers and demanding fastening applications. High-performance S2 alloy steel provides the strength required for repeated professional use, while the torsion-zone construction absorbs torque peaks and reduces stress transmitted to the sudden-impact area of each bit. This controlled deformation helps limit premature tip breakage and extends service life when driving screws into harder materials. Manganese phosphate finishing provides additional surface protection across the screwdriver bits.

Configuration covers Phillips, Pozidriv, TORX and hex head screw profiles, providing a compact selection for installation, assembly, maintenance and construction fastening. Supplied 1/4 inch HEX DIN 3126 and ISO 1173 style C 6.3 bits interface with compatible holders and power tools. A 75 mm magnetic quick-release bit holder with locking system provides secure bit retention, while four impact torsion magnetic nut drivers and an impact torsion hex-drive socket adaptor extend the set beyond conventional screwdriver applications. Reinforced case construction, rubber floor grip and modular internal boxes support organised storage in workshop drawers, toolkits and mobile service equipment.
