The Wera 3888/4/1 K SB Rapidaptor Universal Holder is a high-performance bit holder made of stainless steel, designed to prevent extraneous rust when working with stainless fasteners. With a 1/4″ hex shank and 50 mm length, it’s ideal for use in cordless screwdrivers, impact tools, and as a short extension for hand tools.
Corrosion-free fastening for stainless applications
Unlike standard steel holders, this stainless version prevents rust contamination—a common issue when working with stainless steel components. The Rapidaptor mechanism allows for one-handed bit insertion and removal without activating the sleeve. Simply push the bit in to lock; push the sleeve forward to release.
The spring-loaded mechanism securely holds the bit during operation, even with the smallest bit sizes. Its free-spinning sleeve also provides better control while guiding the tool—reducing slip and improving screw alignment. Compatible with all 1/4″ bits conforming to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3, including Wera Series 1 and 4.
