The Makita TW001GM201 is powered by the 40V Max XGT® platform and a high-efficiency brushless motor capable of producing up to 1,800 Nm of fastening torque and 2,050 Nm of nut-busting torque. Its 3/4 inch square drive is engineered for demanding fastening operations involving structural bolts, heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and truck maintenance. Electronic four-stage power selection allows the operator to adjust output according to the application for improved fastening control.
Integrated electronic features include three automatic stop modes in both forward and reverse rotation, helping to improve fastening consistency and reduce over-tightening. Reverse Auto Stop mode automatically halts rotation once the fastener has loosened sufficiently. Twin LED work lights with pre-glow and afterglow functions improve visibility in low-light environments, while XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology) enhances resistance against dust and moisture. This complete kit includes two high-capacity BL4040 XGT® batteries, a DC40RA fast charger, and a MAKPAC Case 3 for secure transport and storage.
