The DeWalt DCGG581P1G-QW grease gun is engineered for high-pressure lubrication tasks in workshop, construction and fleet maintenance environments where manual grease application is inefficient or inconsistent. The XR 18V motor delivers up to 690 bar maximum pressure, enabling the tool to clear blocked grease nipples and maintain lubrication flow in heavily loaded bearings, pivots and drivetrain assemblies. The dual-speed transmission allows operators to switch between controlled high-pressure delivery and higher flow-rate operation up to 255 ml/min for faster servicing cycles.

The unit is compatible with standard 400 g grease cartridges and bulk filling up to 450 g capacity. A 1.2 metre flexible hose with reinforced spring protection improves access to recessed grease points commonly found on agricultural equipment, excavators and articulated machinery. The integrated purge valve removes trapped air from the pump mechanism to maintain consistent grease flow, while the onboard LED improves visibility in underbody and low-light service conditions. The included DCB184G oil-resistant XR battery features a reinforced housing designed for exposure to lubricants, hydrocarbons and workshop contaminants.
