The Milwaukee M12BPS-0 is a sub compact polisher and sander designed for precision detailing, surface finishing and restoration work in automotive, metal fabrication and maintenance environments. Powered by the M12 platform, the tool integrates REDLINK overload protection and REDLITHIUM battery compatibility to ensure consistent performance and system durability.
The tool features a two-speed configuration delivering 0–2,800 rpm for polishing and 0–8,300 rpm for sanding applications. It supports a 76 mm polishing pad and a 50 mm sanding pad, allowing operators to switch between finishing and light material removal tasks. The compact 130 mm body length improves accessibility when working in confined areas such as engine bays, tight panels and small surface sections.
