The Milwaukee M12BPS-421B is a sub compact cordless polisher and sander designed for automotive detailing, restoration work and precision surface finishing. Operating on the M12 platform, the tool integrates REDLINK overload protection and REDLITHIUM battery technology to maintain stable performance and long-term durability during polishing and sanding applications.
The tool features a two-speed configuration delivering 0–2,800 rpm for polishing tasks and 0–8,300 rpm for sanding operations. It supports polishing accessories up to 76 mm diameter and sanding pads of 50 mm, allowing finishing and light material removal with the same tool. The compact 130 mm body length improves access when working in confined areas such as engine compartments, trim sections and small surface panels.
