The Milwaukee M12FROS2.5-0 is a 12V FUEL 150 mm random orbital sander engineered for precision finishing, primer sanding and surface refinement. Equipped with a 2.5 mm orbit diameter, it is optimised for light material removal and high-quality surface preparation prior to painting or coating applications.
The high-performance motor delivers 3,200–12,000 rpm with an oscillation rate of 6,400–24,000 opm, supported by 8 variable speed settings to adapt to different materials. The random orbital motion reduces swirl marks and ensures uniform surface finish. Built on the FUEL platform, it integrates a POWERSTATE brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS electronic intelligence and full compatibility with REDLITHIUM battery packs. The unit includes a universal vacuum adaptor with left-hand and right-hand vacuum port options for efficient dust extraction.
