The Milwaukee M18BOS125-0B is engineered for professional surface preparation, intermediate sanding, and finishing applications across timber, fillers, coatings, and composite materials. The high performance motor delivers 14,000 to 24,000 oscillations per minute, enabling controlled material removal while maintaining surface consistency.
The 2.4 mm orbital diameter provides a balanced combination of stock removal efficiency and finishing quality. A six-position variable speed wheel allows adjustment to suit material type and abrasive grade. REDLINK overload protection electronics enhance durability of both tool and battery under sustained use. The integrated dust extraction box with internal filter improves particle management, and the supplied vacuum adaptor allows connection to compatible dust extraction systems. The universal hook and loop 125 mm sanding pad supports rapid abrasive changes. The included 16″ soft bag enables practical transport and jobsite storage.
