High-capacity cordless riveting system for repetitive metal fastening
The Milwaukee M12BPRT-602X Sub Compact Rivet Tool is engineered for controlled installation of blind rivets in fabrication, HVAC assembly, automotive, and maintenance environments. Delivering up to 9,000 N of pulling force, the tool installs aluminium, steel, stainless steel, and copper rivets from 2.4 mm to 4.8 mm diameter.
The 20.32 mm stroke length enables single-stroke rivet setting, improving efficiency in repetitive production tasks. Retention nose pieces secure rivets in any orientation, supporting overhead and vertical work. Tool-free jaw access simplifies maintenance, while integrated LED lighting and fuel gauge enhance usability. The inclusion of two 6.0 Ah REDLITHIUM batteries significantly extends runtime for high-volume riveting operations, and the Dynacase provides rigid transport protection.
