The Milwaukee M12FJS-422X is engineered for controlled and precise cutting in timber, sheet materials, aluminium, and light steel. The POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers a no-load stroke rate from 800 to 3,000 strokes per minute, ensuring smooth cut starts and consistent material removal across installation and finishing applications.
The 22 mm stroke length provides a maximum cutting capacity of 70 mm in wood and 3 mm in both steel and aluminium. Six speed settings combined with auto-controlled start mode allow the tool to begin at reduced speed and ramp up under load for improved cut accuracy and reduced splintering. The FIXTEC blade clamp enables tool-free blade changes. An integrated dust blower and LED illumination maintain a clear view of the cut line. The kit includes one M12B4 4.0 Ah battery for extended runtime and one M12B2 2.0 Ah battery for reduced weight applications, along with a C12C charger and Dynacase for organised storage and transport.
