The Milwaukee M12FJS-502B is a 12V FUEL body grip jigsaw engineered for precise cutting in timber, sheet materials, aluminium, and light steel. The POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers a variable stroke rate from 800 to 3,000 strokes per minute, providing controlled cut starts and efficient material removal across installation and finishing applications.
The 22 mm stroke length supports clean cutting performance, with a maximum capacity of 70 mm in wood and 3 mm in steel and aluminium. Six speed settings combined with auto-controlled start mode allow the tool to begin at low speed and ramp up under load for improved accuracy and reduced splintering. The FIXTEC blade clamp enables tool-free blade changes. Integrated dust blower and LED lighting maintain a clear view of the cutting line. The included M12HB5 5.0 Ah High Output batteries deliver increased power density and improved thermal performance compared to standard packs, supporting sustained cutting under load. The C12C charger provides reliable charging performance, and the 16″ soft tool bag ensures organised transport and storage.
