The Milwaukee M18FMS254-0 cordless mitre saw is engineered for high-capacity timber cutting applications where mobility, repeatable accuracy and cordless productivity are required. Powered by the Milwaukee M18 FUEL platform, the saw combines a POWERSTATE brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS electronic intelligence and REDLITHIUM battery compatibility to deliver high-output cutting performance without mains power dependency. The 254 mm blade diameter supports large cross-cut capacities up to 289.3 x 91.2 mm at 90° mitre and 90° bevel, making the unit suitable for structural timber, decking, skirting, studwork and finish carpentry applications.
The dual bevel system with 48° left and right bevel capacity allows rapid compound angle adjustment for trim and framing work, while the mitre range extends to 50° left and 60° right for increased cutting flexibility. Large sliding fences improve material stability during repetitive cutting operations and the steel detent plate with preset angles improves repeatability for production work. Additional features include trenching depth adjustment for rebate cuts, integrated LED work light for cut-line visibility and a carry handle for transport between jobsite locations.
