Cordless sheet metal cutting tool for fabrication and HVAC installation
The Milwaukee M12FNB16-402X is a cordless nibbler engineered for controlled cutting of sheet metal in roofing, fabrication and HVAC applications. Built on the M12 FUEL platform, it combines a POWERSTATE brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS electronic protection and REDLITHIUM battery technology to deliver stable cutting performance in a compact tool architecture.
The tool provides a maximum cutting capacity of 1.6 mm in mild steel, 0.7 mm in high-strength steel and up to 2.1 mm in aluminium. A five-step variable speed dial allows operators to adapt the stroke rate depending on the material, improving control when cutting stainless steel or thin sheet sections. The cutting head can be rotated in 90° increments without tools, allowing accurate navigation around corners and curved sheet profiles.
