Designed for plumbing contractors, heating engineers, maintenance technicians and commissioning professionals carrying out pressure testing and leak detection on domestic water systems, heating circuits and small pipe installations.
The Rothenberger RP30 is a lightweight manual hydrostatic pressure test pump developed for pressure testing pipework and storage vessels up to 30 bar. The pump features a robust brass pumping assembly combined with a corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant ABS plastic reservoir, providing excellent durability while keeping overall weight low for easy transport between job sites. The reinforced base improves tank rigidity during operation, making the unit suitable for regular professional use.
A steel mesh reinforced pressure hose minimises expansion during pumping, helping to maintain accurate pressure readings throughout the test cycle. The precision pressure gauge enables clear monitoring from 0 to 30 bar, while the manually operated shut-off valve allows controlled pressurisation and pressure release. Suitable for potable water, glycol/water mixtures and Tyfocor heat transfer fluids, the RP30 is particularly effective for testing plumbing systems, heating installations and small pressure vessels before commissioning.
